To save iPhone contacts to computer, you can choose to a Single vCard File, to Multiple vCard Files or to CSV File. Then, browse your computer to find a location to save the exported contacts.

To export text messages from iPhone to computer, you ought to click the SMS tab in the sidebar. Choose wanted text messages that you want to export on the right side. If you want to choose all, tick off the rectangle before Content. Then, click Export to.

Based on your needs, choose Export selected SMS to computer or Export all SMS to computer. This will bring up a file browser window. Find a location on your computer to save the exported text messages. Then, choose to save the text messages in .xml format or .txt format. After that, this program starts to export text messages.
